ABOUT ANDREA

Ministry heart. Operational rigor.


I spent eight years as the Executive Director of Operations for a large church, leading 30 staff and 350 volunteers. Overseeing everything from weekend services and security to $55 million in building projects, there was never a dull day. I'm an attorney, former COO and today I lead small businesses and entrepreneurs to operational success.


This isn't a generalist consultant with a checklist. It's a peer who has sat in your seat. I know the weight of that role and how hard it is to see your own blind spots when you're the one carrying it. I founded Ministry Ops Advisors to give growing churches the honest operational perspective I once delivered from the inside.
